How we collect, use and protect the information you give us when you register for a class.
What we collect
When you register for a class we collect your name, email address, phone number and the class you have chosen. If you contact us through the website we collect whatever you choose to tell us in that message.
We do not see or store your card details. Card payments are handled by Stripe, who process the payment and hold the card information under their own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
To reserve your seat, to send you confirmation and joining details, to contact you if a class changes, and to keep the attendance and payment records a training provider is required to keep.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services needed to run the business: our payment processor, our email provider, and our accounting software. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep registration and payment records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@astepabovemed.com and we will respond.
Marketing emails, if you have opted in to them, always carry an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
This website uses cookies to work properly, to understand how the site is used, and to measure the results of our advertising.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and how they found us. This tells us which courses and cities people are looking for, so we know where to schedule classes. It does not tell us who you are.
We also use Google's advertising tools to measure whether someone who saw one of our adverts went on to register for a class. This is how we know whether our advertising is worth what we spend on it.
You can stop this at any time. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and Google provides an opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking them does not stop you registering for a class or using any part of this site.
